Warranty Statement

If any of the fluorescent tubes or fluorescent lamps, including CFL (compact fluorescent lamps) made by Coolbright^® deems to operate unsatisfactorily or fails immaturely at any time before the 31 December 2005 or the expiry date printed on the products, which ever giving you a better protection, you will be given a replacement, free of charge . You are not asked to keep a purchase proof, and exchange can be done at any CoolBright sales points or at the location where you bought the CoolBright products. We may ask you questions to enrich the data collected by our Reliability Engineering Team. Before a replacement can be effected, we may check out to confirm that your item is defective immaturely and naturally.

This warranty covers premature failures of the lighting devices only and does not cover physical damages caused by poor handling or by any other types of events. This warranty does not cover items electrically damaged by sabotage, malicious or accidental destruction or being destroyed with or without any intention.

This warranty does not cover any incandescent lamps e.g. the GLS series. Motions while the filament is at red-hot temperature destroy the globes easily, therefore no warranty is acceptable for these.
